Coordinate with internal teams to ensure that partnerships deliver measurable results, including significant increases in new leads, cross-selling opportunities, and market reach.
Monitor industry trends and government policies to identify new partnership opportunities and ensure Gamelab’s strategies are aligned with the market.
Negotiate agreements and contracts with partners, ensuring that collaborations are beneficial to both parties and align with Gamelab’s business goal
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field.
Proven 5+ years experience in business development, strategic partnerships, or similar roles, preferably in the education or technology sectors.
Strong understanding of the Indonesian vocational education landscape and government regulations.
Demonstrated success in building and managing partnerships with both private sectors and government entities, driving measurable business results.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels, including industry leaders, government officials, and educators.
Strategic thinker with the ability to identify growth opportunities and create actionable plans to achieve business objectives.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively, managing multiple partnerships and projects simultaneously.
Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and proficiency in English.
