Responsibilities

• Develop and manage partnerships with private sectors to drive collaboration and business growth.
• Forge strong relationships with government aligning Gamelab’s offerings with educational policies and programs.
• Engage and collaborate with educational communities to foster long-term partnerships that open doors to market expansion.
• Identify and capitalize on cross-selling opportunities through strategic partnerships, contributing to the overall growth of Gamelab’s product and service offerings.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure that partnerships deliver measurable results, including significant increases in new leads, cross-selling opportunities, and market reach.
• Monitor industry trends and government policies to identify new partnership opportunities and ensure Gamelab’s strategies are aligned with the market.
• Negotiate agreements and contracts with partners, ensuring that collaborations are beneficial to both parties and align with Gamelab’s business goal

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field.
• Proven 5+ years experience in business development, strategic partnerships, or similar roles, preferably in the education or technology sectors.
• Strong understanding of the Indonesian vocational education landscape and government regulations.
• Demonstrated success in building and managing partnerships with both private sectors and government entities, driving measurable business results.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels, including industry leaders, government officials, and educators.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to identify growth opportunities and create actionable plans to achieve business objectives.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively, managing multiple partnerships and projects simultaneously.
• Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and proficiency in English.
